The return policy of Annona is applicable only :
- Incase merchandise found damage/faulty.
- No return/exchange allowed on all the item(s) sold at promo prices.
- We do not provide refunds.
In case of damage/faulty item :
- This item can be exchanged with payment proof and reason(s) of returned item(s) attached. The returned item(s) must be not altered.
- In case of any price differences, you gave to add up the difference.
In case of online order :
- Customer will bear the cost of deliveries, returns, and taxes if imposed.
- Item that you want to change for this subject to availability.
- You must contact us within 3 days of order receipt and return your unwanted items within 7 days of receiving your products.
- Terms may be reviewed as and when deem necessary.
